Founder & CEO

With dual specialisations in Technology (Data & AI) and Behavioural Science, Vinod focuses on aligning technological solutions with human-centered approaches.

An Engineer (B.E.) and Technology professional with 25+ years of corporate experience, he also holds Post Graduate credentials in HRM (XLRI) and a Masters Degree in Psychology.

Prior to founding HumaLitix, Vinod has led Technology teams and played Leadership roles in organisations including Wipro Technologies, Hughes Software Systems, Flextronics, Aricent Technologies and Huawei Technologies.

Amit Mital

Co-Founder & COO

Amit is a seasoned corporate professional with 27+ years of diverse expertise in technology, business, and human resource management. 

Prior to founding HumaLitix, served as Director (HRBP) at Huawei Technologies, driving strategic human resource initiatives. With a background spanning Siemens and Huawei Technologies, adept at navigating complex organizational landscapes and driving impactful business strategies. Specialized in business strategy and human resource management, with a proven track record in organizational development, leadership development, and people analytics. Passionate about leveraging technology and analytics to optimize organizational performance and drive sustainable growth.

Anuradha C

Pricipal Business Architect

Anuradha drives Business Use Cases, User Stories and Journey, Product Architecture, UI/UX Development, Business Layer data modelling at HumaLitix, and also dabbles in Training and Blogging. 

An Engineer and a Technology Professional and a blogger, Anuradha has extensive product development and solution architecture experience. At the same time, she also holds a MBA in Human Resource Management. 

Anuradha's 25+ years of corporate experience spans, on one hand, global giants like TCS and Huawei Technologies, and on the other helping startups including WhatFix, Riverus Technology Solutions etc. She is also a Trustee of Devopedia foundation.
